We're a small family run studio operating out of our converted garage. You will always speak with us directly, nothing more annoying than getting an AI chat bot or a customer service rep who doesn't answer questions. 

 

We are passionate about great service and communication. Transparency is a value that we uphold, to help give you a pleasant and easy experience. We want to stay small, hence why we want to work with small businesses locally or nationally.

We'll get some details through our questionnaire, including:

 

  • Garment choice
  • Quantity
  • Artwork size & placement

02. LETS CHAT

We'll reach out to you once we receive your questionnaire to get into the details.

 

Then we'll draw up and shoot across an invoice and proof sheet for the job.

03. LFG

Invoice paid and proof sheet approved - Leave the rest to us!

 

We'll place the order for stock and provide you with a timeline of your job. 

04. UPDATES

We'll notify you when your order progresses. Here's what a typical update and timeline of your job looks like:

  1. Stock arrives
  2. Pre-production prep (stock QA)
  3. Production
  4. Order QA + ready to ship
