You can rest assured you can shop with us with confidence. If you feel the need to return an item due to it being unsuitable or faulty, we'll work with you to resolve the issue asap.
Terms of returns and refunds:
30-day returns policy (Australian Customers only)
Please notify us of any item/s you wish to return and complete our returns process a minimum of 30 days after receiving your items (this time span is measured from the date our postage records show you received the item).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- in the same condition that you received it in
- unworn, unused and undamaged
- have all labels attached
- in its original undamaged packaging (only required of products which come in a box)
You’ll also need to quote the proof of purchase. If your order included multiple items, you can choose to return selected items or a singular item from your purchase.
Please note: 'change of mind, or request for 'change of size' return postage is to be covered at your own expense. Please ensure you check our sizing guide for all apparel before selecting your size to minimise any need to exchange sizes.

Please be aware that if you require an exchange of product, exchange of size, or would like to return your purchased items due to change of mind, you will be responsible for all postage costs incurred to exchange/return your parcel.

Exchanges
If you have a 'change of mind' or 'size exchange' return request, please note the cost of the return postage would be covered by yourself. Please ensure you review our size guide in detail before deciding on which apparel size would be best suited for you.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item via our website.
Faulty products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or items which have been worn and/or washed. Any product returned in any condition other than the original condition it was sold in will not be considered for a refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
