Packaging

We're proud to create originally designed, 100% recyclable packaging for our products. 

 

We hope the hand-printed designs will encourage our customers to reuse our packaging for other purposes. If not, it's all good, just remember to chuck it in the recycling bin. Super easy and environmentally friendly. 

 

We're proud to be mindful of providing sustainable and recyclable packaging  and we'll continue to do all we can be environmentally friendly. 

When will orders be dispatched? 

We fulfil all orders ourselves, from the printing of all components to the final product. Because of this, we may need to print items to fulfil your order before dispatch. 

 

Due to this process, we post orders each Wednesday - orders from the previous week will be dispatched the following week Wednesday. 

 

Please be mindful of this when placing your order if you require it arrive by a certain date/timeframe. 

Who is our Shipping partner? 

We're very proud to work with postage service Sendle. They're committed to all Sendle deliveries being 100% carbon neutral. We think that's pretty awesome, plus it helps achieve our goal to be an eco-friendly business at every opportunity possible. 

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on a your location (Australian State) as well as the size and weight of your purchase. 

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Shipping times will vary but are generally based on the timelines below*:

 

Within Melbourne metro: 1-3 days 
Within Victoria: 1-5 days 
Metro areas in all other Australian states: 5-12 days
Remote locations (rural): 8-13 days 

 

*All delivery times are estimates only and are subject to any issues which may impact general couriers (natural disasters, transport industry issues, etc).

At what time during the day will the courier try to deliver my order? 

Generally, your order can arrive between the weekdays Monday - Friday between the times of 8am - 6pm (excluding public holidays and weekends). 

How many times will they attempt to deliver my order if I'm not there to receive it? 

The delivery driver will attempt to deliver it to your postal address requested twice. If it's not received after the second attempt, a pick up location will be provided.
