READY TO PURCHASE CUSTOMISABLE DESIGNS
We are currently working on developing some Japanese inspired designs ready for purchase for those who love the Kakuto art style and would like to apply it to your own business. These designs will have customisable elements including brand name and colours. They'll be available to purchase as individual designs or can be expanded into a flashsheet of six design in total (one primary, five secondary).
MERCH PRODUCTION
If you're after merch production of tees, hoodies and tote bags, we'll have you covered. After considering many blank merch providers, we decided there's only one supplier we need to stock to offer great quality and that's AS Colour. With their amazing quality and range of products, the possibilities are endless. If you know AS Colour products, you know they don't mess around when it comes to design, creating timeless silhouettes, extensive colour ranges and quality to boot.
We'll have a range of AS Colour tees, hoodies and tote bags on offer to make your business merch dreams come to life. If you've eyed an AS Colour product you'd like to customise which is outside of our standard range, we'll be more than happy to assess the possibilities of creating merch with those pieces as well.
PRODUCTION METHOD
Rather than producing via our usual screen printing method, we will be offering DTF (direct to film) print method. Designs will be pressed onto the garments via heat press and create custom pieces with a long life print.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Our QA process for client merch will be as meticulous as it is for our merch. We QA in four instances throughout the production process:
1. QA of blank garments (AS Colour)
2. QA of DTF transfer quality and display
3. Post press QA by production line
4. Pre-packing final QA review
